The 7 Coolest Ghouls in Monster High!

New to Monster High? Get to know some of the main Characters (in no particular order)…
#1 Frankie Stein
Frankie Stein is the 15-year-old daughter of Frankenstein and his bride. She has waist-length black and white hair and has heterochromia (her right eye is blue and her left one is green). Frankie’s fashion sense revolves mostly around blue plaid prints and schoolgirl style. Frankie had a crush on Jackson and Holt at the same. But, after finding out that Holt and Jackson were really the same person, she decided to get rid of both of them. Her new crush is a gargoyle football jock. We don’t know much about him, but his jersey is number 7 and he talks with a Scottish accent. Frankie’s pet puppy dog is named Watzit. Just like her and her Dad, Watzit is made from all kinds of random parts.
#2 Clawdeen Wolf
Clawdeen’s Father is THE Werewolf. She’s 15 years old and has lots of siblings. Clawdeen has many different friends but her two BFFs are Frankie Stein and Draculaura. If you see boogers on Clawdeens jacket don’t be surprised. Her younger sister, Howleen, uses her clothes to wipe her nose. Too bad they have to share a bunk bed. The fashionista of Monster High, Clawdeen is known to rock open-toed heels and wears leopard print clothing like it’s nobody’s business. Since her hair grows so fast she always has to shave. Clawdeen struggles to keep her werewolf side from coming out. She transforms into a werewolf when she sees a full moon – or any bright light for that matter. Clawdeen and Cleo are good friends now, but they used to be enemies. This was because of a rumor that Cleo cheated on Clawd (which Clawd later said was false). She has one pet cat named Crescent.
#3 Lagoona Blue
Lagoona’s Dad is the Sea Monster. Lagoona is a transfer student from down under the sea and speaks with an Australian accent. Lagoona’s Mother, an ocean nymph, can’t leave her home without becoming ill. Lagoona doesn’t have many enemies and typically gives good advise to the other girls in school. Lagoona is the captain of the swim team (shocker) and can surf even in the worst conditions…without a surf board! She is dating her fellow teammate, Gillington “Gil” Webber. Lagoona prefers to dress in a tank and baggy shorts, but will get dressed up for special occasions. Her pet is a pink piranha named Neptuna.
#4 Draculaura
Draculaura is the daughter of Count Dracula. Draculaura recently celebrated her 1,600 birthday. She even had a special doll dedicated to her. You won’t have to hide your neck around Draculaura, she refuses to drink blood. Actually she won’t even eat meat. She even gets sick if you mention the word blood in front of her! Draculaura’s taste in fashion is influenced by the Japanese Lolita style, and is typically in shades of pink and black. In fact her favorite color is pink. Since the show began, Draculaura has liked many different monsters. She is currently dating Claudeen’s Brother – Clawd Wolf. She has a pet bat named Count Fabulous.
#5 Cleo de Nile
Cleopatra de Nile, or Cleo is the daughter of the Mummy. The oldest of all the monsters, Cleo is 5,842 years old! Her clothes aren’t always the prettiest, but her hair is amazing – especially when she wraps real pieces of gold in it! Cleo took over as fearleading captain when her older sister, Nefera, graduated. Cleo does not get along with Nefera because Nefera uses every opportunity she can to humiliate her younger sister. Some people think Cleo is snobby, but she is always there for her friends when they need her. Cleo has the power to make any snake do exactly what she says (great for her pet cobra, Hissette). However, she says that she never uses the power on her Deuce Gorgan(her boyfriend).
#6 Deuce Gorgon
You don’t want to get on the bad side of Deuce’s Mom, Medusa, because she will turn you to stone! Just like his mother, Deuce has snakes in his hair. He like to style the snakes into a “snakehawk.” Deuce is 16 and can’t wait to get a license. Most people in Monster High know that Deuce can play basketball, but few people know that he is an amazing cook. That might be because he is embarrassed to show people his cooking skills. Deuce can turn people into stone but can make the effects impermanent – lasting only 1 day instead of a lifetime! Deuce is dating Cleo de Nile. They are the most popular couple in school. His pet is a two-tailed rat which he named Perseus, after someone Medusa clashed with in her past.
#7 Ghoulia Yelps
Ghoulia is the child of an old zombie couple. She is 16 and has a pet owl named Sir Hoots-A-Lot Even though she is the smartest kid in Monster High, Ghoulia is super-popular thanks to her best friend Cleo. Ghoulia’s social life would be “dead” without the help of Cleo. Ghoulia likes smart boys and has a crush on Sloe-Moe. Slow-Moe is also a zombie who enjoys playing chess. Ghoulia collects comic books. Her favorite is “Dead Fast” – one of the more popular comics.
